TNHS CDP team advances to NSPC

Dream big. Work hard. Tarlac National High School (TNHS) once again conquered the Regional Schools Press Conference as they were declared champions in Collaborative Desktop Publishing on held at on November 19-20, 2018.
Seven students who represented TNHS were Adriel Kristine Ramos, leader and layout artist, Christia Felice Espiritu, editorial editor, Dion Alfonso Dipasupil, news editor, Jandale Jimenez, feature editor and layout artist, Darnell Isla, sports editor, Ralph Pajarillo, photojournalist and layout artist, and Raya Gabrielle Martinez, cartoonist and layout artist.
Dream, dedication, and their will to win served their way to bag the gold medal as Joan T. Castillo and Jennifer F. Frialde, the advisers of the Melting Pot (TNHS schoolpaper) put the CDP team in intensive trainings.
"Everything paid off. All the stress, those classes we missed, those activities, tests, and discussions we missed kasi yung pinagpalit namin dun, achievement di lang ng grupo namin, pati na rin ng school, ng mga students ng school," Christia Felice Espiritu stated in an interview.
Espiritu, a Special Program in Journalism student also added that she practices her skills by writing editorial articles about the issues the world is facing, and especially about the current happenings in the country. The winning team qualified in the National Schools Press Conference that will be held at Lingayen, Pangasinan on January 28-February 1, 2018.
